Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to populate in our system. We work with more than 100 different shipping channels and our tracking processes all work slightly differently. Some channels need extra time to provide their information to our system
If you have received a tracking number from us but it is showing as not recognised in our system, please open a support ticket.
If your tracking shows as expired, it may indicate that your shipment was delivered quite a long time ago. In the rare cases where your shipment was not-delivered and it shows expired, please open a support ticket.
Usually Chinese language tracking notes mean that the shipment is still in transit to your country. The tracking will either show in English when the shipment reaches your country, or we will provide a new tracking number to you after a few days.
Please check again in a few hours - the tracking may not have populated in our system.
Some channels are slower than others. If your channel is coming via post, it may take some time to arrive and your tracking will not be updated regularly. Please check again after a few days. If the shipment has not moved for several days, please open a support ticket with us.
If your tracking shows as returned, please open a support ticket.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you did not receive your products, please open a support ticket with us,
